Four Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 TS brown vinegar
  • 1 TS Curry chutney
  • Spring onions
  • 1 TS brown sugar
  • 1 TS curry spice
  • 1 TS corn flour
  • 100 ml water
  • 410 g can Butter Beans, drained
  • 410 g can Green Beans, Cross Cut, drained
  • 410 g can Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce
  • 400 g peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. First make the dressing. Place water in the pan and put on the hot fire.
  2. Cut your spring onions and toss into the pan.
  3. Add the sugar, curry, corn flour.
  4. Add the vinegar and chutney. Mix everything until smooth.
  5. Stir over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Allow to simmer for a few seconds.
  7. Add mix drained Butter Beans, the drained Green Beans, the Baked Beans in Tomato and peas.
  8. Add salt and pepper for taste.
  9. Enjoy!
