The GuestRevu GREAT Awards is an annual competition that recognises excellence in hospitality. Entrants are divided into categories based on the number of rooms available at their establishments, and winners are selected solely on verified online guest reviews received through platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google and Booking.com.
