Preferential bookings for December 2024/January 2025

ATKV Resorts simplifies your holiday experience with family-friendly breakaways at any one of our seven resorts that permits you, as a member, to book in advance.

Members can book for December 2024 from 1 November 2023, as per usual. However, to ensure that the preferential booking process goes as smoothly as possible, we would like to bring the following aspects to members' attention:

  1. The preferential booking process for members is limited to the first 14 days of November 2023. Members will only have 14 days from 1 November 2023 to book. From 15 November 2023, bookings will be opened to the general public. Bookings can be made from 07:00 in the morning on 1 November 2023.
  2. To protect your health and the health of our staff, no bookings can be made in person at the ATKV Head Office or at any of the ATKV Resorts.
  3. Members also have to note that the #ReikUit deposit policy for preferential bookings still applies. More information about the schedules is available here: https://www.atkvoorde.co.za/blog/posts/2020/september/rekuit-by-n-atkv-oord/
  4. Preferential bookings can now also be made online on the member platform (https://lede.atkv.org.za/). Please note the following when you book online:
    1. From 1 to 14 November 2023, members can book online for December 2024/January 2025.
    2. This applies to all resorts. At ATKV Hartenbos, only bookings for accommodation can be made online (as well as telephonically). Bookings for camping can, however, only be made telephonically.
  • If you book online:
    • You may only book ONE unit or stand.
    • You CANNOT choose a specific unit/stand, only a unit type or camping stand block.
    • The deposit is 10% of the booking value, payable immediately, only for 1 and 2 November 2023. Thereafter, it falls back to 50% of the booking value, like with normal online bookings.
    • You are encouraged to ensure that you are registered beforehand and have access to the member portal when you book online, to avoid disappointment. If you are unsure or need help, please contact our member affairs department at 011 919 9000.
    • Telephone and email bookings (only email bookings as received from 1 November 2023, 07:00) are accepted, but telephone bookings will take preference.

    • The deposit is 10% of the booking value, payable according to the #ReikUit schedule.
