Preferential bookings for December 2025/January 2026

ATKV resorts facilitates your holiday experience with family-friendly breakaways at any one of our seven resorts that give you, as a member, the opportunity to book in advance.

As per usual, members can book from 1 November 2024 for December 2025. To make the preferential booking process as smooth as possible, we would like to bring the following to your attention:

  1. The preferential booking period for members is limited to the first 14 days of November 2024. Members will only have 14 days from 1 November 2024 to book. From 15 November 2024, bookings open to the general public. Bookings can be made from 07:00 in the morning on 1 November 2024.
  2. Bookings for the December/January school holidays at any ATKV resort can be made for a minimum of five days for accommodation, and a minimum of 10 days for camping. Please note that bookings for camping at ATKV Hartenbos is different, and that the minimum camping period is 14 days.
  3. To protect your and your staff's health, no bookings will be taken in person at the ATKV Head Office or at any of our ATKV resorts.
  4. Members must please note that the #ReikUit deposit policy for preferential bookings still applies. More information about the schedules can be found here: https://www.atkvoorde.co.za/blog/posts/2020/september/rekuit-by-n-atkv-oord/
  5. By booking, you confirm that you will adhere to all terms and conditions (https://atkvoorde.co.za/bepalings-en-voorwaardes) as well as the resort rules.
  6. Preferential bookings can now also be made online on the member platform (https://lede.atkv.org.za/). Please note the following when booking online:
    1. From 1 to 14 November 2024, members can book online for December 2025/January 2026.
    1. This applies to all resorts. At ATKV Hartenbos, accommodation will only be bookable online (as well as telephonically). However, camping bookings will only be done telephonically.
  • If you book online:
    • You may only book ONE unit or stand.
    • You CANNOT choose a specific unit/stand, only a unit type or camping stand block.
    • The deposit of 10% of the booking value is payable immediately, only for 1 and 2 November 2024. Thereafter, it falls back to 50% pf the booking value, like with normal online bookings.
    • You are encouraged to ensure in advance that you are registered and have access to the online member portal when you book online, to avoid disappointment. If you are unsure or need help, please call our member affairs department at 011 919 9000.
    • Telephone and email bookings (only email applications as received from 1 November 2024, 07:00) are accepted, but telephone bookings will take preference.
  1. If you book telephonically:
    1. You can choose your unit/stand.
    2. You may only book ONE unit/stand.
    3. The deposit is 10% of the booking value, payable according to the #ReikUit schedule.
