ATKV Resorts' rate structures
Dear ATKV Resort Guest
To make it even easier for you to come and relax at your favourite ATKV Resort, we would like to bring the following to your attention.
From 1 March 2022, all ATKV Resorts' rate structures will be simplified, to avoid guests being caught off-guard by additional costs when they make a booking.
In future, the booking fee, life guard fee (where applicable) and the entertainment fee will be included on the rate cards for members and non-members.
This rate adjustment ensures that only a single rate is charged for all phone and online bookings, so that all incorrect interpretations with regard to additional costs can be avoided. The decision simplifies the alignment with online industry practice (via the ATKV Resorts' own website or our association with an online travel agency or tour operator), which stipulates that only a single rate should be charged.
Guests can therefore look forward to the fact that the rate cards include all costs around the accommodation unit and/or camping stand at your favourite ATKV Resort.
ATKV Resorts would like to highlight the following:
- Additional vehicles and persons will still have to pay a fee.
- Day visitors will still have to pay the applicable day visitors' rates.
Please refer to the rate card for the resort of your choice for more information about the rate adjustment.
Rates from 1 March 2022 will tentatively be introduced from 1 November 2021. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
